Four months (16 weeks) of one-on-one strength mentorship that supports your running. In this program, we work through your running and injury history to help you get on track with strength training, developing a solid strength base that supports your running goals.

One-on-one strength programming that complements and enhances your running!

DETAILS:

  • 4-month commitment! You must be ready to put in the work.

  • Hosted on the TrainHeroic App

  • Based on your running history, movement assessment, previous injuries, and goals.

  • Weekly programming, open communication, and check-ins.

  • Each program is individualized to build strength, improve running efficiency, and create positive habits that will serve you for years to come with your running.

  • Only 5 spots are available per session; once full, the program will be closed until July 2026.

  • Note: This is a strength program. You are expected to maintain your current running program. Again, this is a strength-only program to complement your running.

  • ***Equipment Requirements: You need access to equipment for this program. This is NOT a strength band and bodyweight program. Dumbbells up to a challenging pair (pair = 50% BW), a barbell with at least 50-100% of your body weight, a way to perform pull-ups/pull-downs, and something to jump on and off are necessary for this program. We are here to get strong!

This mentorship is not a good fit if you:

  • ❌ Prefer a plug-and-play template

  • ❌ Aren’t willing to communicate or check in

  • ❌ Want results without consistency

  • ❌ Are unsure if you actually want to strength train

If you’re looking for something casual or hands-off, this likely isn’t the right program…and that’s okay. Our monthly membership ST4R: Run Strong Program is likely a better fit.


DIRECTIONS AFTER PURCHASE:

  • An intake form will be sent for your completion via Google Forms.

  • Once the intake forms are completed, a video demonstrating the movement assessment will be emailed. Please video yourself performing these movements and email it back as a file or YouTube/Vimeo link.

  • Once the intake and movement assessment are completed, you will receive a link to join me on the TrainHeroic App.

  • After all of this is completed, I will start working on your program - this usually takes about 5-7 days. Our planned start date will be January 5, 2026.
