This program is similar to the blueprint we use in our clinic. After treating 1000s of runners and helping them back to running and achieving goals, we know what works and what doesn’t! If you are a runner who has battled with Plantar Fasciitis, treating this condition with REST doesn’t do much but wastes your time. We aim to help you maintain some running while you safely recover and progress back to your regular volume. We guide you through progressive mobility, stability, and strength exercises that not only help you return to running but help you come back stronger than before. Minimal Equipment Needed
Most don’t have loads of equipment at home, and going to the gym isn’t always convenient. That is okay! This program focuses on what you do have (or what is inexpensive to get from Amazon). We are talking about rollers, bands, body weight, and lightweight. All exercises can be modified for the equipment you have, though access to some weights is preferred.

The biggest hurdle that many run into while rehabbing an injury at home is that they don’t know what to do…and when to do it. From your pre-run warm-up (yes, we will still run) to your cool-down routine and everything in between, we will map it out for you. We will cover mileage and run intensity modifications, specific exercises and how to perform them, as well as an effective running warm-up that gets the right areas of your body working the way they should so you can be the most efficient runner possible.
