Who This Is For
This suite is a great fit for:
Running coaches
Strength coaches
Personal trainers
Chiropractors, physical therapists, and rehab providers
High school and college coaches
Parents helping guide young runners
Serious runners who want a complete strength and rehab resource library
If you regularly work with runners, this suite gives you more tools to pull from and a stronger framework to support them.
Why This Suite Matters
Most runners do not need more random exercises. They need better structure.
They need strength work that supports their running, warm-ups they will actually use, rehab guidance that makes sense, and a plan that fits the demands of their season, race calendar, or injury history.
That is what this suite is built to provide.
Use It As A Resource
This suite is designed to help you:
Build better runner-specific strength plans
Support marathon and cross-country athletes
Provide better direction for injured runners
Save time creating workouts and progressions from scratch
Give runners more structure between coaching sessions, appointments, or training check-ins
Improve your own personal strength and rehab approach as a runner
This does not replace your coaching or clinical judgment. It gives you a stronger set of tools and frameworks for working with runners.
